Cancellation Policy – Covid-19

2020 was a particularly difficult year for everyone. Since we are no longer able to offer MasterCancel to our guests, we have now implemented a change to our terms and conditions.

Insurance

Given the current climate we recommend that all guests take out appropriate holiday insurance that covers cancellation due to Covid. There are insurance companies about who will provide this cover but you may need to research them. Which? published the below article in 2020 that may help.
